YOGA SESSIONS
The yoga program is created and guided by Louise von Celsing, offering two practices a day.
MORNING
SESSIONS
A fun and energizing Vinyasa class to flow around on mats together while using breathing techniques, to liberate tensions, create body heat and tranquility in the mind, to be stronger and more balanced.
EVENING
SESSIONS
A Yin class, involving a slower practice that releases deeper tension while relaxing both the body and mind. There are optional Asana workshops each day to deepen the practice, like: sun salutation and inversions.
